How Flat Fee MLS Works in Arkansas
Choose a flat-fee package, provide your listing information, and your property is submitted through the MLS or listing option available for your market.
The process
Six straightforward steps.
- Step 1
Choose your package
Pick the package that fits your sale: Standard at $199 or Premium at $299. Both are a flat, upfront price.
Compare packages - Step 2
Provide your property information
You provide the property and listing information needed to prepare your MLS listing, along with your photos.
- Step 3
We determine the appropriate listing option
The right MLS or listing option depends on your property's market and the coverage available there. Our Arkansas listing options include Cooperative Arkansas REALTORS® MLS (CARMLS), Northwest Arkansas MLS and My State MLS. Your listing is not entered into every system — it goes through the option that applies to your property.

- Step 6
Manage the sale
You remain in charge of the decisions about your property and your sale, from showings to offers.
What is a flat fee MLS listing?
A flat fee MLS listing lets a property owner purchase an MLS listing for a set, upfront package price, rather than arranging a traditional full-service listing.
The MLS is the system real estate agents use to find properties for their buyers. A flat fee listing puts your property in front of that audience while you handle the sale yourself.
What "seller-controlled" means
Both packages are seller-controlled listings. You decide on your asking price, your listing details and how you respond to buyers and offers.
Submitting the listing to the MLS is handled through the appropriate listing system — seller control refers to your decisions about your property and sale, not to operating the MLS itself.
