Arkansas Flat Fee MLS FAQs

A flat fee MLS listing lets a property owner purchase an MLS listing for a set, upfront package price, rather than arranging a traditional full-service listing. The MLS is the system real estate agents use to find properties for their buyers, so your property is in front of that audience while you handle the sale yourself.

You choose a package, provide your property information and photos, and your listing is prepared and submitted through the MLS or listing option that applies to your property's market. From there you manage the sale and decide how to respond to buyers and offers.

Both packages are seller-controlled listings. You decide on your asking price, your listing details and how you respond to buyers and offers. Seller control refers to your decisions about your property and sale, not to operating the MLS itself.

There are two flat-fee packages: Standard at $199 and Premium at $299. Each is a single upfront package price.

Standard includes 6-month MLS listing, up to 25 photos, seller-controlled listing and listing changes included.

Premium includes everything in the Standard package, plus ShowingTime, call forwarding and 3 open-house alerts. It also raises the photo allowance to up to 50 photos.

Both include the core MLS listing features. Premium adds ShowingTime, call forwarding and 3 open-house alerts, and allows up to 50 photos instead of up to 25 photos.

The appropriate listing option depends on your property's market and the coverage available there. Our Arkansas listing options are Cooperative Arkansas REALTORS® MLS (CARMLS), Northwest Arkansas MLS and My State MLS.
